We have gathered more than 225 Victim Impact Statements of cases that have gone wrong in Illinois.
These Victim Impact Statements will be made available only to qualified parties. Please view our contact page for further information.
If you would like to submit a Victim Impact Statement, please contact us (see contact page). We will require you to sign a release.
Parent Survey
We are conducting a study of divorce cases filed in Illinois, and the outcomes. If you would like to participate in this study by providing data, you can download the Survey form (PDF) here (Or MS Word format here). Please mail your completed survey to:
ICFCR, PO Box 242, Woodstock, IL 60098 or attach to e-mail: legallykidnapped2001@yahoo.com
Please note, all information will be kept confidential, however we will need to verify the identity and other information in order to be able to use the data in our study. If you do not submit contact information, we cannot use your information.
We want to emphasize that the Parent Survey information will not be used for Victim Impact Statements! No personally identifying information will be released from the Parent Survey -- the study will report aggregate data that demonstrates trends in divorce cases.
If you are not from Illinois, please know that there is a great deal of interest in adopting this survey for nationwide use. Please contact us if you would like to participate and we will forward information about studies in other states as it becomes available.
Thank you!
